tooday i got new (refurbished i think) streak from service.

with android 2.1

when i tried to update i got information: an unrecognized software version has accessed the update

what can i to do?

maybe manualy update to oficial 2.2? where can i find official o2 2.2 android

maybe can i send this phone back? because this is not a normal situation
