"Streak-Contacts" App on other smartphone as well ?

Hi guys .. just a short break.. a friend have not the luck to have a streak .. but the contact app etc he like.. is it possible to install this on HTC with android as well ?

We`ve tried it but during the install it give the error isn`t installed..

No the contact. There where is the Phonebook, last calls and the dialing numbers.
