Turn off button backlight

I searched and I couldn't find this in the forum so I thought you might want to know how to turn off the button backlight on your ZTE Blade. Download "adjbrightness" from the market and the rest is easy. The application also let's you choose custom brightness levels. Hope this is working for you as it is for me (Orange S.F. TFT)

Can you turn of the white light only so you can still use the red light for notifications and stuff?

I like the look of the screen brightness feature. Can you set it lower than the default low?

can set it to 12, which is lower than the default low, can also set it below that but the screen will go black

can also set it above the default high, so yes, it's a nice little application

Thank you for that. I might give it a go! The default low is actually still pretty bright!
