Tmobile on HD Desire

Hello there,

I have a new HD Desire but im getting terribly low download speeds - about 200kbps at best and more often around the 130 mark.

I have phoned t-mobile on they have put me on the web n walk plus package but I dont seem to be getting any better.

I have just spoken to the tech guy and he seemed suprised that there is no improvement but having read up on in on the internet I asked him to untick the data capped connection box that was still showing on my account.

Will that make any difference and if so when will i see a difference because so far i can see none.

Im finding it incredibly frustrating and just wondered what i should be aiming for as a minimum and what is the best way to achieve it.
