Guest patrick.cassels Posted January 26, 2011 Report Posted January 26, 2011 After playing around on Fruit Ninja with my brother's HTC Desire I decided to buy it for my San Francisco. I enjoyed it and it was working fine until recently there was an update that caused the game to lag whenever there are more than a few fruit on the screen. I was wondering if anyone has had similar issues with this game and if they had come across any kind of fixes. I'm running a freshly installed, as of 1 hour ago, Japanese Jellyfish RLS9 on a TFT San Francisco. Thanks.
Guest Rotmann Posted January 27, 2011 Report Posted January 27, 2011 (edited) Maybe enabling hardware acceleration will help? Also look for alternatives, Ninja Kaka, Fruit pirate, Fruit slice etc. Edited January 27, 2011 by Rotmann
Guest kuji Posted January 27, 2011 Report Posted January 27, 2011 ninja kaka is the fastest of all of them on blade.
Guest Shug_06 Posted January 27, 2011 Report Posted January 27, 2011 I found fruit ninja to be the same. Overclocked to 710 and hwui enabled and still just as laggie. Cant stand playing it as im used to playing it pretty flawlessly on the iphone 3g. Going to have a look at some of the alternatives mentioned.
Guest emerald123 Posted April 24, 2012 Report Posted April 24, 2012 I also get lag and I also downscaled textures and chainfire 3d with powervr
Guest marek989 Posted April 24, 2012 Report Posted April 24, 2012 I dont have any lags... it lagged for me on 2.2, but on 2.3, lagging stoped.
Guest targetbsp Posted April 24, 2012 Report Posted April 24, 2012 (edited) I can't speak for this game as I don't have it, but typically Gingerbread runs games faster than Froyo in my experience. As Marek says. :) Edited April 24, 2012 by targetbsp
Guest Maxsas360 Posted April 24, 2012 Report Posted April 24, 2012 Never use CF3D if it's not needed, use GB roms, because they are better at games (Well For SGS and should be for Blade), use faster SD cards (It does cause lags sometimes), don't use task killers, Install V6 Supercharger script, Overclock damnit.
