Sport armband ? is there one suitable for the san fran?

Hi all,

Does anyone know if there are armbands suitable for the san fran?

While out walking/running etc i prefer the phone on my arm and hope there are ones available that would allow me to use the touchscreen with out removing it from the holder.

I hope that makes sense

An armband that would suit a HTC desire could work (Almost the same phone size)

But honestly I have never looked for anything of the sort, however the ones with the plastic in front of the screen (So the phone is in a pouch on your arm) instead of the ones that grip the sides would be MUCH better if it doesn't fit 100%

I have an iTouch one that just puts a strap through the gel case...

You could buy one of those, and a gel case for the phone, and just cut two slits in the case similar to those on the itouch one

I use one I bought years ago for my N95 I sized the N95 up with my iPod Mini and went for that was perfect size also sweet for my HTC magic but my San Francisco fits in it the far best so going for and IPod mini sports band opens up alot more options.

Not a bad price, how did it work out for you? The waterproof case would certainly come in handy for geocaching in the UK :)

Why do you need to use the touch screen? If you set it to record a track you'll get stats for the time you're actually moving. I've thought about using this for when my garmin 305 dies. You could set it to record a track, put it in a plastic bag & then start running or whatever else you do.

I use an ipod touch 2g case for my san fran atm so pressumaby an ipod touch 2g sportsband would work
