Guest gatorengineer64 Posted January 29, 2011 Report Posted January 29, 2011 I started down the Streakdroid path to upgrading phone to a Streakdroid. Part of the way through I read some other info about a faster stock rom, and was going to head that way instead until 1.61 got a bit more stable (I like to tinker but I dont have time to update my phone that often, no offense I think the streak droid project is great, its progressing quickly though) I got through the repair tool process and got ready to install the 309 ROM. The issue I am having is that when I run fast boot fastboot -i 0x413c flash recovery recovery.img All I get is <waiting for Device> The streak is plugged in white screen and it says FASTBOOT_MODE. Under Device Manager it says Android Phone Android ADB Interface Driver version is 2.0.10.2 I am running Windows 7 64 bit.... HELP PLEASE I am assuming that its driver related and that its not seeing the phone, but what should the driver be to run Fast boot? Thanks Mark

Guest gatorengineer64 Posted January 29, 2011 Report Posted January 29, 2011 Try this link, hope it helps. http://android.modaco.com/index.php?act=at...st&id=66682 Thanks for the response, it was informative, and I reinstalled the driver to match what it recommends, but it didnt solve it. By the way there is an error in my original post I am going for the 318 rom. Still same problem..... I assume the USB id is unique to Dell and the streak, and not system specific? I am in admin priv in the CMD line as well....
Guest Kohawk Posted January 29, 2011 Report Posted January 29, 2011 Why not just download the 318 build directly and then click it to run and let it go?
