I used Linda Manager (search for it in Market place) to install. Easy, simple and looks awesome!

it is an old free version. free version is at 2.x something.

fancy widget pro (ie. paid) is at version 1.0.5 at the moment. Unless OP is from the future, i'd say this isn't warez.

Thanks T3KO and jurasstoil, that information was missing. Still, free as in "free beer" doesn't mean it may be distributed by anyone. Anyway, I don't care, since the mods don't seem to mind.

Yes it's in a tricky area. This 1.3.0 version was free when it was available, but was taken down because of HTC Sense infringement. The publishers then returned with a new paid and free version (both sans the Sense UI clock). This is the old 1.3.0, so nothing of monetary value is being shared here, but we all know it's a version that would get the publishers into trouble if they were to offer it themselves.

As for me... tried it... didn't like it. It's less developed than the version available now. Less options.
