Guest jango1 Posted January 30, 2011 Report Posted January 30, 2011 Hi All, I got a new t-mobile G2. I'm trying to root it. Visionary's temproot works well, as does the "temproot on boot" option. Permroot, however, does not seem to work. No error message, just the phone doesn't have superuser permissions after boot. I installed Koush's Rom manager, but it just can't boot into its recovery. Just the regular recovery. It seems that every reboot reverts the phone to its factory settings. Can anyone help? Thanks!
