What is considered to be the best barcode scanner and the best web browser available from the Android Market? Cheers folks ;)

Cheers folks ;) 1) barcode scanner, google goggles and shop savvy are the most common ones 2) Dolphin browser mini, skyfire and opera mini are the most common ones again ;)
