not sure whether someone on Orange, still using the stock ROM can confirm this:

Is it possible to have a rsap bluetooth profile setup? Orange rsap

I forgot to take a clockwork backup before flashing to JJ7 and now I've downloaded the stock rom provided by Paul: Stock rom but the MD5 seems to be swapped out between B05 and B08 roms. Therefore not re-flashing before confirming the info.

If anyone on Orange stock willing to help/confirm info above....

AFAIK, rSAP is not part of Android.

And it is definitely NOT the sort of extra that ZTE would add in (they are only concerned with wifi compatibility with chinese-market routers, for example), and if Orange had invested in it (which I very strongly doubt) then they would be trumpeting it.
