Is there an install-recovery-(windows or linux) in the folder?

If so, try double clicking it again.

The automated .bat script in the malez package never worked for me to be honest. Just do it manually: hold SHIFT and right click in the folder you have the malez recovery files, then click "open command window here". At that point a cmd window will appear. In there type:

fastboot-windows.exe -i 0x0502 flash recovery malezRecovery_0.6.img
If it doesn't work try to reboot the fastboot mode: switch the phone off (remove battery) then reboot normally or in recovery mode and type the following in the abovementioned command prompt:
adb reboot bootloader

and then retry with the first command I gave above.

Yupe, Master T's way is the manual way.

Did you have Acer Liquid drivers installed?

Try opening the Acer Liquid Tools and see if it detects anything.

Malez's package worked brilliantly for me
