Can I access Recovery Mode on startup?

I am about to install Clock Work Mode for the 'nth time, in the hopes that Pauls refreshed Kernel has solved the dreaded BSoD issue.

Before I do, I wondered if some bright spark had found a way of entering recovery mode from start up? Such as the power on holding volume up option that works on my phone.

No, not yet. The current HBOOT we have doesn't allow it and we are yet to find another hboot, or hack one that allows it.

When flashing, try Stock->CWM->mcr instead of Stock->mcr->CWM which has worked for me and others.

Suspicions are that the misc partition is getting fouled up. I guess the above influences this but how, who knows?
