SMS not working on brand new unlocked SF

Hey guys

I got a brand new SF on orange, unlocked it put my my giffgaff sim in but it wont let me compose text messages? i can actually reply to them but it wont let me compose my own and comes back with message not sent.

Any ideas?

I have the same sort of problem. I unlocked my San Francisco, and have my vodafone sim card in. It was working for about 24 hours, but this afternoon my phone stopped sending text (sms) messages. I have tried resetting the message settings but it still hasn't made any difference.

Also my payg internet works when it feels like it. ;)

Did you manage to sort out your text problem? If so, how did you do it?
