Need an Android recomendation from these 3

Ok i have about 1k to spend on an android which is gonna be high end and keep my zte blade for customising,

The 3 Contenders are large screen androids.

1, Nexus S 16gb internal memory no sd slot

2 HTC Desire HD 1.5gb internal and upto 32 sd card

3 Galaxy S 8gb internal and 32gb sd card

+ let me know of any other recomendations that u think may be worthy
