FM Radio - very poor reception

Having tried the FM Radio on my new phone, I found the reception to be very poor. So bad I get a message saying the signal is to weak to do a search.

Is it the same on all SF/Blades?

I've also got an Orange Miami and the FM Radio is really good on that.

Strange, my Blade is the only radio in the house that I can actually tune in a radio station on without standing waving my arms in the air like a demented human aerial. Ah, the joys of living in a valley with direct line of sight to any masts.
