Guest andi_baden Posted February 2, 2011 Report Posted February 2, 2011 (edited) Hi all, i'm using an ZTE Blade, no sim lock, rooted and with android 2.1. It's a really amazing smartphone. Only one point is driving me crazy. Since about a week i try to remove the zte logo and the zte animation. I cannot count the forum entries i was looking for a solution. I was able to put an bootanimation.zip in the /data/local/directory. If i use the the terminal emulation on the blade, i can see the bootanimation.zip in the directory, but nothing changed. The boot logo of zte and the animation are still there. Is there anyone who can help me? Please note that i'm new to linux and android. Thanks a lot P.S.: Please excuse my bad english *** Cannot move the post to the zte blade forum, so i made an new entry there *** Edited February 2, 2011 by andi_baden
