unlock question

Hey now everyone.

I have a question that maybe someone might be able to answer.

I had my liquid E warranty repaired a couple of months ago and they replaced well almost everything. They also changed the IMEI # and now I cannot get it unlocked. I have tried several unlock companies and asked some questions to them on what to do. But they won't give any details in regards to anything.

The phone was unlocked prior to it being fixed.

I think it is kind of weird but I can't think of any reasons for this to happen. Anyone have any ideas?

Not really expecting someone to solve this issue but maybe someone can give me some ideas as to what to try.

Is hooked up with Fido/Rogers in Canada.
