Problem booting into Clockwork

I have successfully managed to unlock and apply new custom ROMs to 5 Orange SFs

However I have a weird problem with one of them.

It's a Grey SF with TFT screen

When I try and go into clockwork by holding POWER & - Volume button, I get the green andriod, then some small letters upside down saying ANDROID and then get stuck in a loop of the same thing.

I have to take the battery out and press the power button to get back the custom ROM I installed which was Modaco R4

I have used exactly the same files on all the SFs

When I try to wipe the data using SETTINGS > PRIVACY > FACTORY RESET the phone restarts but gets stuck in the same loop as described above, after removing the battery and power uping the phone all the original settings are still there.

It's almost like the ROM can't be written to.

Have tried all the methods described on http://android.modaco.com/content/zte-blad...-the-zte-blade/ with no luck including the TOTAL PHONE TRANSFER method

Any help would be appreciated!

Thanks in advance.

might not be massively useful but there is an app called quick boot that will take you straight to clockwork recovery on reboot.

Welcome to my (and a couple of others) world, I posted a thread a couple of weeks back, still in the same stupid bootloop! The way I'm getting around it at the moment is by using another SF to create a clockwork backup and then use tpt to install that rom..not the best way, but the only way I can get it working! Sorry I can't be more help, but I've tried literally everything.

Out of interest, does your light sensor (automatic brightness) work on that SF? Cheers. Paul
