How can I use someone elses rom dump on my phone?

I wanted to return to the stock rom (Jellyfish currently) just to test around but the stock roms are currently not available and I don't have a backup, so I asked someone from another forum to send me his rom dump.How can I get it on my phone?

It's the Estonian EEST_P729BV1.0.0B02.

The files contains the following:

config.gz

system.info.gz

system.tar.gz

boot.img

recovery.img

Can you get the other person to install clockwork on their phone and then send you their backup of that? just tell them to remove the data.img when sending it to you..then use clockwork or a total phone transfer image and replace the system.img (that the user sent you), boot.img and recovery.img. Or you can flash it back to the stock ROM from what we have here

As you can see Seb's ROM links are down.

Thats the issue, or he would have done so already.
