SMS- no contacts now

Hi, Im using 2.2 JJ.

SMS was working fine, but now I have no options of adding a contact coming up when I click the "To" button. I'm not a techie, was all working fine, can add a direct contact short cut and send and also respond to sms, just can't pick a contact.

Any clues ?

Start typing a name and select the contact when it drops down ;)

Or select a contact using the contacts app and send a text that way

Could have sworn when i touched "To" the list of contacts came uo....maybe that was on the standard ROM.

No problem

And you're right, the stock rom did have a "To" button ;)

JapJelly seems to have misplaced it somewhere. Maybe present on all Froyo builds

But it's not such a big deal as typing 2 letters is faster than scrolling though a list of contacts
