StreakDroid 1.6.1 bootloop solution (?)

You will need to have ClockworkMod Recovery loaded. Not sure if you can flash it to an unbootable Streak, but try if you don't have it loaded already and other solutions aren't working. Google is your friend.

Boot into ClockworkMod Recovery (v2.5.0.1 for me) by holding Power + Volume up + Volume down until Dell logo disappears.

choose option " - install zip from sdcard"

select "- toggle script asserts"

Message below (white text) will confirm "Script asserts - ENABLED"

Back out to main menu (quick press on the power button is "back").

select "Reboot system now"

This resolved the bootloop issue for me, even when downgrading to 1.5.1 and Factory reset would not.
