App to annotate Word docs?

Hi

I've found a really nice app called RepliGo Reader, that allows me to highlight and annotate pdf documents - great for making notes before meetings but I haven't found anything that does the same with word (and excel) docs.

I'd rather not have to convert them all to pdf first, so does anyone know an app out there that will put highlights and sticky pad comments on word documents?

There's a Quickoffice app floating around in this forum that allows you to update word docs, search on quickoffice should locate it.
