Screen Lock

When the Vega comes out of sleep there is always a padlock that locks the screen. Is there any way to disable this?

I've been to settings/location&security/Set up screen lock and when I select None (disable screen unlock security) I just get passed to the previous page ?

Found an app that does this quite nicely called No Lock.

On boot up the lock does appear but after a couple of seconds it is automatically removed and when returning from sleep the lock is not shown at all. Quite neat.

Extended Controls has an optional toggle button to turn the lock option off/on from your home screen - works well on my Vega

Excellent find with "no lock". Just what I needed. Now if only I could find an app to control the volume "button Savior" style.
