White Dell Streak: Bricked Hoplessly

I have a white Dell Streak from best buy in the us, i have attempted every traditional method to fix it including qdtool.exe from the repair kit offered at Streakdroid, however nothing i have done has succeeded i am out of options as to how i can fix it. I would be very gracious for any help i could receive on this i have tried every guide on updating/downgrading the dell streak as for FastBoot it simply gets stuck on the first commands saying <waiting for device> while qdtool works perfectly but it results in the phone remaining on the dell screen and i have tried factory reset and it simply cycles between off and on constantly. and the newer qdltool doesnt work and ive been at this for like a week so my mind is exausted

first of all you gonna make sure its not the hardware issue for example the internal memory error(broke) like what mine did.

NO PROBLEM..GLAD ID HELP BUT SORRY TO HEAR THAT..CALL DELL ASAP AND ASK FOR REPLACEMENT AND JUST TELL EM IT WONT BOOT UP.THEY WILL REPLACE IT WITH NO PROBLEM AND YOU SHOULD HAVE IT BACK IN 3 DAYS:)I GOT MINE IN 2 DAYS:)

My internal memory also let me go. I replaced it with a 2gb class 2 microsdhc that i had in my camera until my class 10 arrives in the mail. I ordered a 8gb class 10 but i want to know if it's the same process as the 2gb class 2 or do i have to do some partitions?
