WIFI lost after a while when using swap with CM0.4

theres a strange issue on my pulse.

im using swapper and a swap partion. in wifi settings the wifi-connection is always on. but after a while maybe 30 min) i loose wifi and i cannot reenable it. i have to reboot.

this does not happen when the phone is connected to the loader. and it does not happen when i switch swap off.

can someone please help me to resolve this prob?

using toms CM 0.4 with starkos 691 kernel; 128MB swap and 256 ext on 8GB class 6
