Guest tobybarker Posted February 9, 2011 Report Posted February 9, 2011 Am following the sticky on installing a new ROM. When i get to this bit # Install ZTE-Blade Recovery Manager from the APK you downloaded # Launch ZTE-Blade Recovery Manager from the App Drawer I get this message Sorry - The application Recovery manager (process com.podtwo.RecoveryManager) has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again. Any notion of where I may have gone wrong? TIA
Guest Fou-lu Posted February 9, 2011 Report Posted February 9, 2011 you hav to root your phone again.
Guest Posted March 29, 2011 Report Posted March 29, 2011 I got this message when installing ClockworkMod despite rooting my phone several times. I finally got past it by going to Recovery Manager direct from apps rather than Manage Applications and finally got it installed. Now when I go to Recovery Manager from apps I'm getting this again "The application Recovery Manager (process com.podtwo.RecoveryManager) has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again". Do I have to keep rooting it to get rid of it? Should ClockWorkMod show in my list of apps as I can't see it? How do you get out of the recovery screen if you don't want to do anything?
