HTC Logo with 4 triangle with "!" in it

I am trying to unroot my phone. i used the guide here >http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=696189<

I think the error that i got was the 110. not sure if it was the 110 and I'm sorry about that.i used the asia WWE rom. now I'm stuck on the HTC logo with 4 triangles with "!" in it.

even if i try to hold down the vol - and power button. i can't seem to go to the boot loader. Earlier i was able to go to the bootloader screen but, i had no choices at all. the only choice was RUU and i can't even select it.

right now I'm trying to rerun the RUU but it is stuck at the "verifying the information on you PDA phone"

Process im doing now:

*reseat the battery

*turn on the phone(at the HTC logo with 4 triangles now)

*plug in the usb

*run the RUU.exe

*stuck at "verifying the information on you pda phone"

*when i unplug the usb i get error170 then screen on my phone shows
