Try rebooting. If you are using the latest JapJelly / FLB mods then this shouldn't be an issue anymore. Also check that the "Turn to mute" (Named differently) is disabled. If you have never opened the dialler app on a clean boot it shouldn't be an issue

If you have never opened the dialler app on a clean boot it shouldn't be an issue using the latest flb rom r8a , i dunno if it is the same problem as turn to mute function ? i thought that was partial wake .. anyway still seems wierd why its using the network .
