gt540 hungarian rom

well, i just been messing around with my gf's gt540, rooted with z4 to remove some unnecessary bundled apps

so, uninstalling things with titanium backup, allof a sudden i've gotten a continous com.android.settings process error

popped out the battery, rebooted, no network signal, unable to acces mobile networks, com.android.settings error :P

so i did a factory reset, phone reboots, get a lockscreen, unlock greyness, then com.android error etc

is there a way to reflash the phone via usb without being able to use the phone itself?
