De certification & Motoracer

If i turn my phone off will my phone still be de certified i am scared to turn it off because i do not want to de certify it again?

I left my memory card in a little bad out in the rain, can this effect it because i have motoracer on it and it just won't be recognised by the phone when i want to play it and when i put that memory card in. it totally slows the phone down?

First of all yes it will be :)

Second was the card dry when you put it back in? if your not sure

leave out in a nice warm area for a few hours

then give it another go.
