Please comment Well young Dev i don't want this to sound like a lecture or patronisation but don't you think it is a waste of your obvious talents in trying to "re-invent the wheel"? How about getting into the area that needs young talent & resourcefulness by attempting to contribute towards CM6 or CM7, a breakthough or credited advance in this area would get you the recognition you seek. Please don't take this as a negative comment but I think that yet another variant of the Froyo ROM is a waste of your advancing skills & obvious enthusiasm. The name 'gremlinman' attached to the credits of the Gingerbread we are all looking forward to would be a very impressive acolade. Best wishes with your endevours & stay keen.

And in case the news had not filtered through to your angry young world, the bike also does not need re inventing. Try putting brain in gear before accelerating away with mouth. Im just saying if he wanna make a rom (either if it helps me learn how to do it, or cause he want to make something different) let him do it
