i received a photo through mms however i cannot figure out how to view it, it gives me the option to download it and when i do, i cant find it, it isnt in the gallery and i dont know where else to look, please help pleease

It should just show up in the message, at least it does for me but i'm using handcent sms

Shows up in my messages too in both handcent and stock app. Try checking settings in your apn and if using handcent go to settings > receive message settings > and tick auto retrieve in mms section.
