Guest HunteronX Posted February 13, 2011 Report Posted February 13, 2011 (edited) It seems to move data from the internal memory of the phone to a 2nd separate partition of your sd card, but I think that it's better than apps2sd, as it seems to move the whole data folder to the sd card, reducing internal memory usage. As well as this, using a class 10 card should improve the I/O speeds of the device, making it even faster - but could it affect the lifespan of the sdcard, significantly? This depends on how fast the nand is, though. Does anyone know about this? Here's a link for HTC desire phones, but could this be modified for the Vega, as we have a kernel with ext4 support? http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=852219 This could be very useful for honeycomb.
