Good day to everyone

I just wanna ask if HTC will be able to know if my phone is rooted

this is a summary of what happened to my phone and what I did

1. my phone keeps on restarting(was rooted)

2. thought it was just a rom problem so i flashed a different rom

3. still getting same error

4. i did the RUU but at the final stage i got the error 110

5. my phone was stuck with htc logo and 4 warning signs

6. let my phone rest for a day and charged it for 2 hours

7. runned the RUU again and it was completed

8. after completing the RUU installation my phone restarted by itself and was stuck on the HTC logo with white background

9. reseated the battery and let it rest for a few minutes

10. now i can access the bootloader

11. tried to do a hard reset but i still get boot loops.

12. when pressing on the vol - and power button i do have 4 options

*fastboot

*recovery

*clear storage

*simlock

now i just want to confirm if my phone is already unrooted?.. because i need to take it to the htc center to have it repaired. since i think that the cause of the boot loops is a hardware problem..

Thanks in advance

If you boot into recovery it should go to the HTC one and not the custom one. If so, you're unrooted and back to stock

when i try to go to recovery i get a picture of htc desire laid down with a 2 green arrows one pointing up and one pointing down. they are on circular form

If you're on the stock recovery it should load to a screen with a red exclamation mark and when you hold volume up and press power it should give you a menu in blue writing
