Wake on any button press

So, the blade seems to wake on any button press after a short amount of sleep time but give it a few minutes and you have to press the power on button to wake it again.

Is there a way I can use any button to always wake the device, all the time? The buttons are stiff enough for it to stay in sleep in my pocket anyway.

Waking up on button press means the phone does not sleep and eats battery. You can make the phone not to sleep here but as I said it will affect battery life.

The app mylock allows you to choose "all keys wake"

Not necessarily, or not at least for me. I tried it and having mylock installed I can wake it with the front buttons (Home, Menu, Back), but not the volume buttons, and only occasionally. It seems to work erratically. Many times the only way to wake the phone up is using the power button.
