Which is the latest ROM to use for LiquidE and CM7 / MIUI?

I am just wondering which is the most stable base ROM to use for either CM7 or MIUI?

I keep on getting no service when i install MIUI.

I guess s that MIUI is most stable.. has more time under develop than CM7. Also the hadware support is almost complete. (Only some issues with tether and the batt consumption or the sensors) but CM7 suffer it too.

About performance, I think CM7 is faster and is 2.3 vs 2.2.1 of MIUI

I rare the no service issue on MIUI, I have install it several times without problems, try a full flash (install the stock rom again) is solves
