If you dont mind my poor English,the following is my brief translation:

One guy called hrf5611 sent his cht8k phone to the Huawei Maintenance Department，after his phone came back,hrf56112 recovered the sd card's data and found this room.In my testing,it works fine(the same as the UK one) with CM toti's latest room,no extra bugs found until now.

I don't think this is a new rom. I have a rom with that same name/number laying around in my rom work folder. I installed it when it first became available, but it was buggy and I got a lot of acores and fc's when running it. There were already some good 2.1 mods available on this site, so there wasn't a lot reason to use something that wasn't as good as what we already had.

If it is the same rom, I did try to work on it for some time as a learning experiment, trying to root it and get apps2sd working. But I gave up due to its apparent incompatibilities with other Pulse roms and because the /system partition was so big to accommodate all the "bloatware" CHT was pre-installing that data space was very small. I much preferred the Tre 2.1 rom because it had only slightly larger system partition and was compatible with all the other mods being created for the Pulse.

YMMV, but I don't recall any compelling reason to use it, unless there is something app in there that you really want and can't figure out how to push it onto another rom.

Of course, I could be wrong, and it is something new. :D

I didnt say it a new room.As far as im concerned, there isnt any official link of this cht 2.1rom,and this is the very reason i post it.

Whats more,i have no idea why your phone gets trouble in that rom,everything works fine for me.Maybe there are some slight differences between your cht and mine.

Ah, ok, I misunderstood. I thought this was something being reported as new.

There was an official link of that rom for at least some time on Huawei's site. I'd have to go back to old notes to find it, but that's not needed now with your link.

I know it came out later than the UK rom, and I had hoped it would solve some of the problems I was having. But in the end, it didn't. Then I figured out that the Tre rom ran great on my phone, and I started basing my own 2.1 mods on the Tre rom.
