GPS Navigation problem with latest Kernel/ROMs solved

Just a quick heads-up that I have found a solution to the problem of those wishing to use Google Navigator may have been having with 'GPS is Disabled' messages with the latest Modaco kernel/ROMs and have posted the full detail in my original topic located here.
