orange san fransico help please

i am now stuck on the green android screen i have tried to mess around with roms and flashing and i fear i have broken my phone for good

just been looking at the forum and the frequent problems q + a but how do i access my phone now when my computer wont recognise it from the usb port and i cant get into my handset

please please help if you can

just taken battery out and turned on normally

goes from green man to orange and has now turned on

how do i reset to just remove all of the orange pre loaded guff i cant be doing with roms broken it to many times now!

weird appears the drivers have been installed ok now as just accessed phone via pc

right using my pc how do i update my phone?
