6month web - unlimited internet allowance not showing

Recommended Posts

I texted AL to 150 today to check on my balance and allowances and, whilst showing my balance, it says I do not have any allowances left. Now I last did a 6monthweb to 441 'on 5th October, so I should have unlimited internet allowance until 4th April. checking my 'recent usage' on the my-tmobile website, it appears I am still not being charged for internet access, even though my allowance seems to have 'disappeared' Can anyone else confirm this - please text AL to 150 and let me know if your 'unlimited internet' allowance is showing.

Doesn't show for me, but then again, it never has. I think the only place I have ever seen it displayed is from logging into the T-Mobile website.

Thanks for replying. When I texted AL to 150 I previously got:

Your current balance on 22/01/11 is £12.00.Your current Allowance is:

* Unlimited Internet

But now I get:

Your current balance on 16/02/11 is £0.96.You currently do not have any allowances left.

And another thing - I did not get the usual text from TM when my balance dropped below £2

I cannot see where on the website I would see my allowances - I can see my account details, recent usage, priceplan etc but nowhere where it would list my allowances.
