Any ideas guys, installing miui getting this error, please help

Hi guys any ideas,

I have a rooted desire with amon ra v2.0 installed, I've used gparted to create a fat 32 with 1050mb ext 3 and 200mb swap, I then formated after creating partitions.

I put the miui_xj_d2ext_x-part_1.2.11_x5.zip on the root of the sd card and wiped all user data and dalvik cache, i then tried to install from zip using amon ra but it came up with this error.

e:wrong digest: system/media/theme/cartoon.mtz

Its my first flash so any help would be appreciated.
