MoDaCo custom blade ROM r12 no gapps

I installed the most recent MoDaCo FroYo rom for my new Orange San Francisco, after rebooting it seems I have no Market, I have the most recent gapps package for the phone, it says install complete but none of them are there

Did you WIPE the cache and factory reset (in clockwork)?

I had to do a hard reset I didn't realise a gapps package was included in the MoDaCo releases.

however, now every time I switch on the WiFi now, it gets stuck on authenticating, any ideas?
