Should i install Advent Vega Kernel source - 1.08

Hi,

I had problem with advent vega in booting. So i recovered it successfully thanks to modaco.

I went to myadvent vega and found a software called Advent Vega Kernel source - 1.08. Could anybody kindly let me know what does it do and is it worth installing?

Thank you very much. I completed system recovery. Then i have installed custom ROM from modaco today. I want know since I have installed custom ROM from modaco, is Advent Vega Kernel source - 1.08 installed? Or do i have to install it separately.

You don't have to install the source. You already have it.

The kernel source is if you want to build your own kernel for the tablet.

And it is not anything that is included in the roms as it is not needed for the tablet to work.
