Guest BarryH Posted February 20, 2011 Report Posted February 20, 2011 Is it possible to change the number of times the Blade rings on an incoming call before it cuts off? Mine seems to cut off pretty quickly and just leaves me with the 1 Missed Call message.

Mine seems to cut off pretty quickly and just leaves me with the 1 Missed Call message. It's not the phone that cuts the call. It is the person on the other end or your network "answer phone" Turning off vibrate and ring gives you 2 extra audible rings (Instead of vibrates) though :D Hope this helps

If you mean the number of rings before an incoming call gets sent to voicemail, that is an issue to be changed by your network. Some networks are quite open about how to change this, and some are not. You'll have to google around and read the FAQs on your network provider's website. There could be a code to enter on the dialer that changes the number of rings, or switches voicemail on or off altogether.

The Blade always cuts off before the other phone gives up trying. It must be the way the network is set, I'm on Orange and the way they charge, anything's possible.
