Emulate Dell Streak?

Hi,

I am purchasing a Dell Streak shortly and was wondering if there is a way I can get the Android SDK emulator to well...emulate...the streak? I have searched the forum but unable to find anything concrete?

Would be nice to have a play and get a feel for it before I actually receive it :D

Just set up a 160 dpi wvga landscape, theres no specific emulator build for it

P.S. on that. If you want to emulate Stage just use the Stage Widgets in the Android SDK. That's the only "upgrades" in 2.2

along these lines, anyone been able to get a streakdroid rom on avd? tried using a nandroid system.img - gets stuck @ "Android_" every time. or is this just not possible? too much power for the emulator to handle? :huh:

Just an idea. Not sure if its why. But have you tried roms without perfmod/data2ext.

Good idea, completely missed that obvious thought. It was a nand of 1.6.1 with perf enabled... prolly it. Shall test 1.7 nand this evenin. Thanks :huh:
