LG style notification area controls - for other roms

Trying to find the page over at XDA about custom service.jar and required icons for the framework-res .. in order to get the pull-down controls for wifi, gps, sound etc into a froyo build for another device.

HELP I cannot for the life of me find the page I had only yesterday - I am having a Goofle day! - if you get the meaning! lol
