Assuming you have - a simple method is: Get 'Quick Boot' from the marketplace - it has a boot to recovery option, that will save me trying to workout which buttons to hold down/press while booting - use it and choose 'recovery' you should now be in the recovery mode, use your vol up/down buttons to navigate to 'backup/restore then press the power button to select it, now nav to 'restore' and press the power button, you should now get to the backups and be able to choose one to restore!
