installing problems

hi guys,

i have bought san francisco phone, have unlocked the phone. problems were couldn't root the phone using universal androot, there was no option to install on astro manager but succeeded using superoneclick.

current problem is after installing recovery manager,screen goes black and have to force close, i have deleted Cache but still no luck. there is video in youtube showing how to install rom using superoneclick, i dont want to take any chances, appreciate if some one can advise me.. thanks..

update.. manage to install universalandroot after downloading onto phone..
