help nb0 rom flash failed (stuck in flash mode)

Used octans modified to try and flash thunders rom.

PC bluescreened at 2pct.

Phone now stuck in flash mode or recovery mode (not sure what it's called and octane won't see it's there or seems to detect something and keeps repeating a USB command but never gets to flashing stage).

I was under the impression flashing nb0 was safe.

Can someone help me flashing nb0 onto phone stuck in recovery mode (3 icons,phone, PC and a connection. Icon between them).

It happened to me once, I ripped the cable off by mistake. But I was able to put it back and reflash.

Try turning off the phone, plug the usb in, press detect in octans and power up the phone.

Sometimes plane crash happen in the "safest" neighborhood... :huh:

Need to know more ...

XP? Which Octans? Which ROM? Does it charge? Have you tried a hard reset? Picture of the recovery screen?

Was a vista machine. Sorted tried someone else's laptop and detected it fine and allowed me to flash fine.
